    The Model 599 check-in conveyor range has been designed to meet the specific needs of airports. Our weigh, label and despatch conveyors can be configured as either one, two or three stage check-in systems, offering choice and flexibility for check-in operations.
    The Model 599 check-in conveyors are finished in stainless steel to a very high quality. For extra security safety gates may be fitted to the weigh conveyor preventing passengers from entering the check-in areas when the desks are closed.

    One Stage£ºBags are weighed, labelled and despatched on a single conveyor. 
    Two Stage:Usually the weighing and label operations are carried out on a single conveyor. Baggage is injected onto the collector conveyor from the despatch conveyor.
    Three stage:Separate conveyors are used for the weigh, label and despatch functions.

    ¡ô    Horizontal Carousel

    The horizontal carousel provides an endless horizontal conveying surface, enabling it to serve three primary functions, within the baggage handling environment.
    Baggage Reclaim- Predominantly located in the passenger claim area which is clad in stainless steel with non passenger areas clad in either galvanized steel or painted mild steel.
    Flight Make-Up- Usually located within the baggage hall and supplied as an integral part of a Departures or Transfer bag handling system. The conveyor is usually finished in galvanized or painted mild steel for this application.
    Sortation Loop- A high speed variant is used in conjunction with pushers or cam sorters to give a re-circulating sorter outputting to chutes or conveyors.

    ¡ô    Inclined Carousel

    The Model KCJ21 inclined carousel provides an endless inclined conveying surface, enabling it to serve two primary functions within the baggage handling environment:
    Baggage Reclaim? Usually located in passenger areas and fully clad in stainless steel.
    Flight Make-Up? Usually located within the baggage hall and supplied as an integral part of a Departures or Transfer bag handling system. The conveyor is usually finished in galvanized or painted mild steel for this application.
